    • Library Websites and the ADA: It Takes Two
      • Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
      • This session includes a brief overview of the relevant laws, rules, and guidelines that impact library website accessibility (ADA Title II, DOJ rule, WCAG 2.1). It also explains how to use the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines to ensure an accessible web presence. The second part of the presentation focuses on the broad goals of the WCAG guidelines (that content be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust) and suggests five simple strategies to begin implementing these goals for all users. Includes recommended resources for additional learning and an overview of PDF accessibility. Register in WorkDay here.
