Search engines are a fine place to start a search of the Internet, but often the results are unsatisfactory. Our library has gathered together some great resources for you to use to find the information you need.

  • Use EBSCO Research Databases to access online magazines, professional journals, newspapers, and other reference tools plus reference sources for students and teachers, small business information and auto repair information.
  • Use LearningExpress Library to improve basic skills and prepare for a wide range of academic and career oriented exams
  • Use A to Z Databases for maps and information on travel and world cultures
  • Use Iowa Locator or WorldCat to find books, CDs, DVDs and other items in libraries
  • Use HealthInfoIowa to start your search for health information
