Join Carol Tobias as she takes you through various exercises using free weights, stretch bands, and a small ball each Wednesday morning. Equipment is provided, but supplies are limited. If you have your own weights or stretch bands, please bring them along.  Designed for adults of all ages, this is a great program to help prevent problems with osteoporosis and keep your body moving!
